Business Policy
- Goods once sold are non-returnable, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
- Products ordered will be ready within a timeframe of 4 to 6 weeks. Once ready, clients will be notified, and it is the client’s responsibility to arrange for pickup or delivery within 6 months. Failure to do so will result in the products being donated to charity, and the order will be closed.
- For clients providing their own fabrics for suits, jackets, or shirts, the agreed-upon making charge must be paid immediately. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to retain the garments for a period of 6 months. If no payment is received within this timeframe, the garments will be donated to charity, and we will no longer be liable for the provided fabrics. The deal will be considered closed.
- Clients have a window of 2 months from the date of pickup to change or replace any product. After this period, picked-up garments are no longer adjustable or replaceable.
